De huizen en boerderijen nabij landgoed vormen samen de buurtschap. De huizen langs de Zwarteweg, Schellerallee, Grenslaan, Van Laersweg en Oude Deventerstraatweg vormden samen Oud-Schelle. De Schellerdriehoek is hart van de buurt. In 2010 droeg de gemeente na een lange periode het beheer van de Driehoek over aan de Schellenaren.
